Awards for Best Abstracts

GETA is now accepting student-submitted SOT-style abstracts (< 2,300 characters). Abstract content should be based on original research in disciplines related to environmental and genetic toxicology. There will be two awards - $250 each - one award each for students and post-doctoral researchers. Each awardee will have to give a 5-minute "lightning round" presentation in GETA's April 2021 Virtual Spring Symposium.

The postdoctoral winner will also be nominated for the EMGS Emerging Scientist Award at the 13th International Conference on Environmental Mutagens (https://www.emgs-us.org/page/about-ottawa).

The abstracts are due on February 28, 2021 and should be sent to James Nakashima (james.nakashima@oehha.ca.gov) or Maxwell Leung (mckleung@asu.edu).
